How consent is obtained (opt-in)
Individuals opt in through the contact form on our homepage, which includes a phone-number field and an SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase and is separate from any other agreement. The exact consent language shown next to the checkbox is:
“I agree to receive SMS text messages from Triple Point LLC at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.”
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile information & privacy
Mobile Information & SMS Consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (such as customer service) is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
